The BDE Drumline was invited to perform at halftime in a drumline battle with the West Point Hellcats, the drumline of the U.S. Military Academy Band. This halftime show was custom-designed in collaboration with the West Point Band to maximize impact for the fans attending the historic football rivalry.

The BDE drumline and the Hellcats faced off in a head-to-head battle, performing back and forth, showing off their technical skills and fast rudiments. Each cadence grew in crescendo building momentum into the grand finale where the two drumlines morphed together to become one enormous drumline. They were in sync and captivated everyone with their fast movements and huge impacts. The collaboration of these two drumlines created a spectacular draw for everyone in attendance or watching on national television.
