BTS is a world-renown seven-member boy band out of Seoul. BTS got their start on the South Korean music scene in 2013, and took off from there. In early 2020, BDEntertainment was brought on to produce a 12-cast Marching Band rich with energy, diversity, and talent. This ensemble would take center stage in BTSs’ music video, “ON.” The band was composed of snare, tenor, and bass drummers in addition to trumpets, trombones and sousaphones. With a few rehearsals and the main shot at LA’s Sepulveda Dam, the project came together in a very short timeline.
Following the video’s release, BDEntertainment also had the opportunity to provide performers for BTS’ appearance on a special takeover edition of “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.” As part of the episode that aired on NBC, BTS recreated the “ON” video in New York City’s iconic Grand Central Terminal.
“The BTS performers themselves are truly incredible,” Ben Nadler said. “They’re amazing dancers, amazing performers, very kind people. They treated us professionally at all points and it was a pleasure to work with them.”
